Centralized Data–A "Single Source" Land Scam Report
To combat these real estate fraud in Ghana scams, we propose the creation of a centralized platform called Ghana Land Scam Watch - GLSW. This website will serve as a public database where people can report fraudulent transactions and help others avoid becoming victims.
Victims can publicly report land fraud and share their experiences.
Frequent scammers will be identified, helping others avoid them.
A documented history of scams will deter fraudsters.
A digital record can be referenced in legal disputes.
Buyers can verify sellers before making a purchase.
Honest sellers can also report fraudulent buyers.
Some disputes arise from miscommunication, which can be clarified.
